Awesome, so you are keen to spend some time with us. Let us just make sure that we are on the same page.

Booking process: So this is how the booking process will work.
1 – Fill out and submit the booking form
2 – You will hear back from us and we will finalise the date and time.
3 – We will send you an invoice and bank details for payment.
4 – Once paid your booking is confirmed.
5 – You will send us photos of the venue (one from each corner of the room) to help us prepare.
6 – We will arrive at least 30 minutes before to set up.
7 – You will have a great party and your kids, friends, colleagues will love you forever.

What is provided: You are inviting us to your venue, to provide the party of your choice as described on the website. You are providing everything required as per the party description. We are bringing the entertainment, we are not providing any food or drink. Should any of the participants be under 18 years of age, we expect you, as a responsible adult, to be present at all times.

Transport Costs: Sadly driving around is pretty expensive. We are based in Durbanville and will charge R60 for every 10km or part thereof to your venue. This forms part of the payment as discussed below.

Payment: With all the online security issues we do payment old school. We will send you an invoice for the full amount. You put the money in our account. We never even have any of your banking details for someone else to steal. Only once your payment is received is your booking confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund: While we understand that things do crop up and that cancellations do need to be made, please understand that last minute cancellations impact on our ability to keep supplying these experiences to everyone. Cancellations of confirmed bookings are dealt with as follows;
30 days or more before the event – Full refund less 10% admin fee.
30 days to 8 days before the event – 50% refund
Within 7 days before the event – No refund.
Transport fees are always refunded in full.

Liability: While we do our best to be really careful, you cannot hold us liable for anything related to your dealings with JustBlink, even if you view us as negligent. Everything is undertaken at your own risk.

Damage: While we expect general wear and tear on our equipment, we reserve the right to charge you for damage to our property, especially if the damage is willful or in contradiction to the instructions of our staff.
